Be inspired by the 2024 Gateway Burn: Racoon Mayhem!!! How do you plan to manifest mayhem and bring out the trash panda in your soul? What does Raccoon Mayhem mean to you?
The 2024 Gateway Burn will take place from Thursday, June 6, 2024 to Sunday, June 9, 2024. We will be returning to Fancy Lad Farms and Wildlife Sanctuary located at 13140 Pat Daly Rd, Potosi, MO 63630.

2024 Art Grant Cycle
Gateway Burners would like to support Art and Artists who want to share their creativity with the St. Louis regional Burning Man community during the 2024 Gateway Burn Racoon Mayhem June 6-9, 2024.

Any funding awarded during the two grant cycles is Advance Funding. Advance funding is limited to $500 per project. Project budgets may be fully funded, partially funded or not funded based on the number of projects, the total budget requested, and the amount of grant money GAS has to offer.
Approved artists will have 1 week to sign and return contracts. Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks from the signed contract deadline. PayPal can also be used to expedite receiving funds.
Projects that receive no or partial advance funding may be eligible for GAS grant money via Reimbursement after the burn dependent on ticket sales.
We are looking for community volunteers to act as Art Jurors and help select which art grant applications should receive funding for the 2024 Gateway Burn Racoon Mayhem.
We will need 8 community jurors and four alternates in case of unforeseen circumstances conflicting with the meeting times. The jury will consist of people from the gateway community. Please apply here: https://forms.gle/btKf1bb2Qt4akLTT7

2024 Community Meetings
Community Meetings will be held every 2nd Wednesday of the month during our weekly Wednesday Meet and Greet from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM CST. Burn Department Leads are heavily encouraged to attend.
